Extra spacious crew compartment so that SCUBA divers could get completely kitted out on the way to an incident. Not clear if this also carried or towed a small boat.

With so much open water in the Netherlands, water rescues are a common kind of incident, and units like this are to be found at many fire stations.

Rotterdam, being a major port, has even more reason to run these trucks!
