Such nostalgia! It is the same design as Darlington's 27 meter 1938 TL, EHN 118, which I grew up with. It is long gone now, but I do hope someone will be able to save this example. I don't know the exact numbers, but I think less than ten of these were ever built, which makes them quite a rarity!

The photo was taken at the National Transport Museums Depot in West Wicklow.There was only three of this model delivered to London Fire Brigade in 1936 one was destroyed in the blitz in 1940 one is restored in the UK and this one which will be restored.
