In July,1992, Truck 7 pauses before backing into station so I can take a photo. DCFD assembled a small fleet of E-ONE rear-mount aerials in both the 110 and 135ft lengths during the mid-1980s.
All have now been replaced by tillered aerials.

Another interesting photo from your collection!

Is that an additional crew cab behind the rear door?

I remember FDNY had a single extra crew compartment on their Seagrave 100 foot ladders in the 1970s, so they could accommodate an eight man truck company back then. Is this a similar idea?
