This is a pretty standard water tender specification in the Netherlands, although the local DAF is by no means the only chassis used for fire trucks. Mercedes, MAN, Iveco, Scania and Volvo are also popular - and there was a time when nearly every Dutch fire truck was built on an American chassis.
Note also the powered roof rack for ladders and the extra long suction hoses - a common standard feature on Dutch appliances for many years now.
