North Oyster B.C. E-1 is a 1988 Anderson Engineering Freightliner FLL with a 1050 Imperial GPM pump and 1000 imperial gallon water tank.

San Francisco also operated some of these commercial Freightliner pumpers in the late 1980s, although at the time most of their engines were Alfies. I have no idea who built the bodywork.
