Engine 12, assigned to Goleta, California, is a KME Severe Service pumper. I spotted it parked in front of the famous Pea Soup Anderson's restaurant in Buellton.

No reason firefighters should not like Swedish food! This county has the same white and blue stripe livery as Fort Worth Texas. I like it, but it does not somehow seem to be saying "fire department" the way red trucks do.

Minor error - of course, Andersens' is Danish!

But the grub is still very good, and I would recommend it to anyone on the way from LA to San Francisco, or the other way around.
