Ex military M50 AM General chassis. Cheap, cheerful and effective way of building a go-anywhere tanker, but I take your point Alan. These big tankers account for around 70% of single vehicle fire apparatus accidents. Not something you want to drive too fast across country or even around a country road with turns unless that tank is either empty or completely full!
