Tital is the largest Russian fire engine body builder, and now have some very advanced designs and stowage systems, rivaling even Rosenbauer. In particular, they have some very inventive ways of coping with the extreme cold conditions in Russia.
I am less sanguine about the Kamaz chassis. These are quite popular in Russia and some of the former Soviet republics. But when I lived in Kuwait the municipality bought Kamaz garbage trucks, which turned out to be horribly unreliable!
