Ex-RNLI tractor by the looks of it.

this is a Ford County Tractor with a watertight casing around it, it could a new tractor unit or an Ex RNLI tractor. the carriage is a design very similar to the RNLI design, so again it could be an Ex RNLI DO-DO Carraige.
