Taken 14/7/2013 at the Powderham Classics Show.

LPO 891R issued to Fawley Fire Station in May 1977 as a water tender ladder.
The original Jaguar 4.2 petrol motor had to be changed for a Perkins Diesel because of the oil refinery.
LPO 891R was the last Dennis D built by the Hampshire Brigade in their own workshops before moving up to the Dennis RS series.

The Jaguar engine was not replaced because of the refinery, all Jaguar engines fitted to Hampshire built D series plus a couple of Dennis built D series were replaced as a phased replacement programme in the mid 1980's
