Ekost, can you please tell me what the large numbers on the vehicles mean? I is that the station number? How many fire stations are there in the Djakarta area?

The number possibly indicates the number of the truck a.k.a fleet number.

you`re right. the number indicates a region, a sector, and a station.
for an example the number 462 in the picture indicates : 4 is for south jakarta region, 6 is for a municipality and 2 is for number of a station.

Anders - I agree the ladder is a Morita and I think you are right about the old Tadano chassis, but the cab could be on a different chassis too.
