Ford Ward la France Fire engine in Utah

When I was traveling between Page Arizona and Kanab in Utah, I passed a small town. There was this Ford / Ward la France Fire engine parked. License plate is Utah 69326 EX. No further markings on it. August 2012.

Looks like an ex-USAF P-12. We had two at Luke AFB when I was there from 1988 to 1992.
