Yatton Avon F&RS MAN W347 RHU
Whilst we are in an Avon mode, I have just realized there are no pictures of my current local Fire Station, Yatton, a fine village in North Somerset - The Current appliance at Station 19 is M.A.N 14.284 M2000/Saxon WTL W437 RHU which was new to Weston super Mare, replacing Renault N650 NHY at Yatton in October 2008. In this view it is seen at the entrance to the drill yard whilst by younger daughter was visiting with the Brownies, which seemed to involve soaking me with a hosereel! Yatton is also home to Mitsubishi L200 Pickup L4V L413 SHT and hose laying trailer, which moved from Weston super Mare to Yatton to make space for the Hovercraft at Weston.

I remember these in temple 09. Always up my estate putting out car fires. I remember the weird flashing light bar on top

Having spent most of 2015 Stored at Avonmouth workshops, in December W347 RHU was spotted at Avonmouth with new "Reserve Vehicle" lettering on the cab side, suggesting it has now joined the Avon reserve Fleet.

Indeed W347 RHU is now part of the Avon "Reserve Vehicle" fleet, the oldest appliance currently used in this role, although W344 RHU, and Y104, Y106 & Y107 VEU are still stored at the rear of the workshops.
