Opel is GM's German subsidiary - so its not surprising this looks quite a lot like a 1956 Bedford J series.

These LF8s carried an 800 LPM pump and had no tank, but they did have a crew cab for no less than nine personnel. They were used mainly by volunteer departments, and the Opel was a less expensive alternative to the contemporary Mercedes.
