Is this from a private company such as a "works fire brigade"? It's just that it says "emergency response" on the engine's side rather than a specific fire brigade

From where this appliance is from I would say that it covers the large petrochemical industry at Grangemouth in Scotland

Ineos is a global manufacturer of petrochemicals, which explains the large capacity foam tank and high volume pump on this truck.
