that's a E-one Typhoon custom side mount pumper.

Its quite unusual to see a modern US pumper without a "loaded" front bumper. Most have either a front-mounted pump inlet with preconnected 5" supply hose and/or a preconnected 1.0" to 1.5" trash line for nuisance fires, and many have winches installed.
