Red Green Goddess (NYR???) Pickering c 1998

This was seen sitting on a low loader at Pickering Traction Engine Rally in 1998. Pickering is in North Yorkshire and this event is one of the best in the area. I dont know what happened to this fire appliance though.

This Goddess is based on a Bedford S Type chassis (4x2). Today, the 4x4 RLHZ Goddess is more commonly seen - on the Rally circuit anyway.

Yes, the reg looks like NYR 193 so it was the power station one. Now beautifully restored:
