This Iveco's higher 18 ton gross weight compared to the old Cargo's 16 tons explains the tank capacity's upgrade to 8200 liters from only 6000 on the 1985 Ford.

Like most Belgian tankers, these were both intended to support regular pumpers at urban structure fires, rather than being 4X4 chassis with an off-road orientation for brush or forest fires.
