Have to be honest I travel the US so much, I simply dont rememberr where I took this, even though I remember taking the shot, any ideas??

Looks like it is too close to the hydrant, wherever it is! Most communities insist on 25 feet (7.7 meter) radius clearance around the hydrant - unless of course this pumper is still operational, but it seems unlikely because it is in much worse shape than the hydrant!

I particularly like the cinder block parking device.

You know Andrew your not alone in the "where was this shot taken" thoughts. I don't get to travel like you do, but my job as a delivery courier takes me to different cities and towns in Mass. and sometimes I jump out, take a shot, at the end of the week I see the photo and haven't got a clue. Nice shot, looks like the pump section is new.
