Sommozzatori (diving unit) in Italy.

Sommozzatori are, I believe, the Italian diving division of the Italian fire service, and this truck with the boat on tow, was spotted at Porto Santo Stefano in Italy. Note that the Costa Concordia was beached near here, and this photo was taken in July 2012, when the salvage operation was still going on.

Yes , sommozzatori is the diving division of the National Fire Department (Corpo Nazionanale dei Vigili del Fuoco).
