Andy Watson, no, these are definately the very proud South Korean fire personnel donning BA and the brigadesman forefront is momentarily adjusting his helmet to fit over his head after adjusting his face piece straps, , , ,

This pumper ia a Daewoo, configured very much the same as most Japanese pumps.
