In recognition of the Diamond jubilee of Queen Elizabeth I thought I'd post this picture taken of a gaurdsman with my 1934 Dennis Big Six on The Mall in July 2005 as part of the VE Day 60th Celebrations

No one was going to leave any sticky fingerprints on that gleaming paintwork with our towering friend standing there!

And he is not "just" a guardsman, he is a Scots Guards commissioned officer, too - sword and all...
