Do we know who made the ladder?

Is this a TL ? as I can`t see a cage stowed under the booms.

Looks like there could be a folded cage at the rear on top of the booms......there are access step leading up to that area ??? just an observation

If you look atop the aerial ladder at the rear you will see a lift that assends the exteneded ladder. Not all TLs come with "baskets", some are simply aerial ladders.

This is a TL, the cage is folded at the end of the ladder and below the folded cage it can be seen the monitor. To indicate it as a TL not the folded lift at the rear.
