Looks a lot like a Wehrmacht specification MAN. Two or three German departments used these ex-army 4X4 MANs as water tenders quite a few years ago. Did MAN co-operate with Saurer on these types of trucks?

Hi Rob! I dont think, that MAN and Saurer was co-operating. But, if you look on a picture of a ÖAF (Österreicher Arme Fahrzeug) Austrian Army Vehicle, and a MAN, you will see that the cabs looks the same.
