Nice compact and maneuverable vehicle for such a large tank - ideal for many congested older sectors of this ancient city! No chassis identification, but it looks like an 18 tonne 4X4...

These are mainly used to back up standard pump water tenders at structure fires in districts where hydrants are either few and far between, have limited flows, or both...
