This is a really interesting photo. It appears that the tractor is a replacement, as it has a generic TCM "Cincinnati cab" rather than a custom Seagrave cab, and lacks the axle lock lever common to Seagrave aerial tractors. Also, the trailer has hydraulic outriggers, very uncommon with the older 3-section ladders that required the flip-over tiller seat. Nice looking unit, and probably "one-of-a-kind."

1960 Seagrave 100' trailer drawn by a 1974 Ward LaFrance P-82 tractor. After many years of service as Truck 3 in Birmingham, AL, it is now owned by a collector. I believe the trailer was refurbed, including the addition of hydraulic outriggers, in 1974.
