Closely modeled on a discontinued Mercedes design, these Tata trucks are the backbone of most Indian fire services. This one has an enormous water tank for a two axle chassis, and is presumably an 18 tonner.

Few cities have extensive hydrant networks, so all pumpers have large water tanks, although this one is exceptionally so...
