Dennis DS
2 of 8 Dennis DS's purchased by West Sussex Fire Brigade in the late 80's.
D554 DOR was 1 of 4 DS151's bodied by Carmichaels & delivered in 1987. She was placed on the run at Petworth until 2004. She is now preserved in West Sussex.
F21 OCR was 1 of 4 DS153@s delivered in 1989 with HCB-Angus bodywork. She was NEW to Billingshurst until 2000 when she became a reserve followed by a short spell at Bognor Regis. She then joined the Cadet fleet until 2009. For the last few years she has been a resident at AMBERLEY museum. After 22 years on the West Sussex fleet she has now retired & gone for disposal.

Whilst passing a farm in Tow Law, County Durham, today I noticed a DS153 in the above livery, sadly parked side-on, so no registration number visible. Could it be F21 OCR, I wonder?
