Flint's new Volvo FLL - PO11 HXK
Flint's (Station 41) new water tender has gone on the run 25/10/11. Volvo,s new 'ready to roll, water tender provides a light, compact solution for towns & rural areas. with its user friendly, six speed Allison automatic transmission and 260 hp D7F Euro 5 compliant engine that delivers up to 1070 Nm of torque between 1200 and 1800 prm - providing excellent acceleration. The automatic transmission, with Allison integrally mounted retarder, means that the driver can remain fully focused on the job in hand. Running on 19.5" wheels helps lower the centre of gravity. Brakes on the FLL are Volvos electronically controlled EBS discs, it features Traction control & Hill-Hold facility.
