I had a drive of this appliance when it was 'on the run' at Sunderland Airport. The bottom lockers had been removed to give it better ground clearance. A foam tank was fitted at the rear of the machine. A Green Goddess joined the F7 at the airport which was mainly used for private and business flights.
I was not aware that Tynemouth FB has a F7

Barrie, Tynemouth have a preserved F12. There are several pictures of it on this site. It is true that when the F7 was broken up, all the 'best bits' were taken to ensure that the Tynemouth F12 will be on the road for many years to come.

Thanks Barry, I was aware of the F12 but did not think they had a F7
I have been doing some research on F7s and Tynemouth was not on my last !!!

Barrie. They borrowed bits off this F7 to keep the F12 on the road. Tynemouth don't have an F7.
