Cookeville, TN is gifted with some awesome, beefy and classic American Fire Aps. Here is a 1990 Mack/FMC pumper that is still in service as a spare rig.
I have always considered the Mack CF chassis and the Amer. LaFrance Century chassis as the sharpest fire truck EVER built in America. This one fits the bill nicely!

Fantastic truck! I think this type of Mack have the same nostalgia as the Dennis trucks on this side of the Atlantic.

They do go the distance! There are still a lot of really old CFs in service in many South American fire departments.
