This is one of the more intelligent monster water carrier designs. The good idea is to have a long wheelbase, which helps keep the tank low and as a result the center of gravity is also nice and low.

This is a major safety factor when it comes to high capacity tankers, as these beasts are world famous for their proclivity to roll if cornered too quickly - and urban environments have a lot of corners!

The drawback to the long wheelbase is of course a lack of maneuverability, and I am a bit surprised this was not built on a 6X2 chassis with a rear steering axle. Such configurations make them much easier to drive, once the drivers have got used to how tight they can turn!
