A low cost solution to building a crew cab. Just add an extra set of truck cab doors, body and roof panels and - hey presto! - you have a fully tilting all-steel crew cab! At least the bodybuilder added a panel to enclose the rear wheel arch cutout, which helps make the cab look a bit less Heath Robinson.
On a positive note, this was probably safer than a traditional bodybuiler's lightweight crew cab, assuming the framing and welding were properly done. The negatives included a narrower rear seat - probably too narrow for four to sit comfortably - limited headroom and an unnecessarily long B pillat, which did not add any very useful additional space.
