Very nice picture Jacques, with one of the most famous firemen Acmat of France.

Acmat was a small volume manufacturer of 4X4 light trucks for the military - which of course includes the Paris Brigade.

Some fire services, including the Marines in Marseille, also used these as light pumpers for brush fires as well as personnel carriers like this parade unit.

The older series Renault FPT water tender behind it is a regular specification unit, with a hole cut in the roof so that it too can serve as a parade participant...
