What's a WrC? For the benefit of us international readers, it would be helpful to spell out British (and other) vehicle-type abbreviations.

WRC is short for a Water Carrier, as you can see it has a large tank fitted they are used in area's with poor or no water supplies.

Ah, that makes sense. In North America we'd call it a tanker.
