Besides the paint job what modifications have been made?

They have extra cooling fans, extra ventilation on the rear bodywork, new air filtration system, new radiator, hydraulic auto reversing engine fan (rather than belt driven), allows vehicle to operate at temperatures 10 degree C higher than a normal MFV2.

The above MFV2 is no more, it caught FIRE!!!! while being driven from RAF Northolt to RAF Lyneham, blocking the M4 motorway yesterday, 28/7/11
