Pre-connected flaked attack and supply hoses in the rear lockers with access from the back of the pump are a very common configuration in many areas of Australia, as well as often also having attack hoses pre-flaked with a bundle and a branch attached in side lockers. This approach seems to make a lot of sense, but does not appear to crop up very often in other countries. In some ways, these ideas go some way to mimic the North American concept of a rear access hose bed and crosslays for attack lines.
