I wonder if that's Holmes 600 equipment on the back? Most recovery Tenders of this size seemed to have this equipment during the 70's - 80's period.This vehicle looks almost identical to the one supplied to the bus operator Hartlepool Transport.

Yes Chris it was Holmes equipment fitted by Wreckers International, cannot remember if it was 600 or heavier.
