1927 Ahrens Fox NS2 Pumper.
This 1927 Ahrens-Fox NS2 Pumper(reg-NF-78-26) served the City of Rotterdam F.D.in Holland and was one of 7 imported to the Nederlands during the late 1920's and most still survive today in Museums,or as private collections.
Its certainly not the sort of Fire Engine one would expect to see here in the UK,but the appliance made the special trip over from Holland this year to take part in the 50th Annual London to Brighton Historic Commercial Vehicle run which took place on the 1st May,2011.
It was certainly in my eyes one of the stars of the show this year.
