Hi Gordon, I think Alf took this photo at the car museum (Musée Automobile Reims-Champagne).

It is right hand drive, has a wooden turntable ladder and has disc wheels with pneumatic tyres.

If all this is original, then it probably dates from around 1925 to 1935. Unfortunately, the badge is not anything I recognize, but this was a period when there were a lot of truck manufacturers in France, so we need a French automotive historian to help!
