This is a Land Rover III 109 TACR1 built by HCB Angus in 1973. It was originally registered as 30 AG 45 and served at RAF Hilton.

Interesting picture. I now own this TACR-1 (which is now fully restored to original spec). It entered service in 1974 and served at RAF Linton-on-Ouse. Hilton was just the store until it was put into service. More recent picture here: picture 25721 - though it is covered in Beltring dust!
