Using a chopped down front door for the crew created quite a set of steps for crew access! More even than on Scanias?

A lot of South American Ford Cargo fire trucks have a custom fixed crew cab integrated with the rear body, and some quite neat solutions along these lines can be seen on this site.

One version even had gull wing doors, accommodated eight and enabled the pumper to run with a total crew of eleven, if need be...
