Actually this BMC chassis origin from Turkey after British Motor Corp (BMC) sold the the license to Turkey. This bodyworks and all the system designed by me and this picture has been taken during final acceptance test

what is diffrence civil defence and bomba? are they do same the job? can you list the appliances malaysia civil defence?

Civil Defence usually have a wide scope of jobs including act like national guards during large scale disaster eg war. Bomba (fire) only concentrates on fire&rescue jobs.

the JPA3 fleet usualy consist of the:Hicom mini fire trucks, Iveco&Toyota Hiace ambulances, Hicom lorry, Land Rover Defender personal carrier and some boats. Sadly i don't have their photos.

In singapore they use civil defence why not fire and rescue? Are they prepare for the war?

Yep. You are correct Kroll. SCDF ops are well organise than JPA3. JPA3 are lacking in staff and the appliances itself.

i think our agencies should merge in one department like Singapore done, they merge fire rescue service with civil defence. so i think they can optimize man power permanent staf and volunteer, the ops. can be effectively in time war and time of peace
