This was in a dealer's yard so I couldn't see any more than what is in the photo. My guess would be scrapped ex-Japanese.

There are a couple of truck dealers in Singapore buying & selling x Japanese (fire)trucks to the Caribbean, Pacific, South America etc.
I have photographed a few last time in Kranji too
