All French fire services are EMS providers, and this Renault Master is a very common choice as it is of course a French make. The VSAV specification corresponds to an American BLS unit, but fire services also operate ALS ambulances and of course the BSPP has over 100 larger Renault combination light pumper/ambulances as well.
