Another superb ALF chemical engine! This one has a single tank under the driver's seat. The chemical hose is contained in the wire basket behind the seat, which was a common practice in the early years, before reels became universal.
It is not clear from this photo if this little beauty has a hose box at the rear, or two additional longitudinal tanks - both options were available. At the time, all ALF (and most other US brands')apparatus were right hand drive.
There have been quite a few changes in technology in the past 100 years, but it is still wonderful to see trucks like this looking brand new!
