They have a 2000 LPM pump at 20AT, a high pressure first aid reel fed by a 3000 liter water tank, foam equipment, a 15 meter extension ladder, hook and roof ladders, BA sets, two one-man hose carts with both 70MM and 45MM attack hose and are staffed by a five member crew.
They respond to all structure fires, along with an aerial ladder and either one or two PS light pumper and ambulance combinations. The BSPP still operate a small number of FM pumpers, which are basically similar except for a smaller water tank and an eight-man crew cab, but these are gradually being phased out.
