Hi Martin. I would suggest this was taken during 2004 or 2005. That would be the best fit for the Scania (Y399EBR) being the WrL "Alpha-1" and the Sabre (NY03JUF) being the WrT "Alpha-3".

I would agree, In Feb. 2006 Alpha 1 (Y399 EBR) had an RTC with a police car, not long after the RTC it was re-done with the new livery that it carries today and was back at Middlesbrough as Alpha 3 for a short period of time, NY03 JUF went to Alpha 1 and once NX06 AOC came in as Alpha 3, Y399 EBR went to Redcar as Delta 3.
