Renault B110 Premier Secours.

This light truck designated as PS is able to act both on road accidents on all types of fire. In addition it has the possibility of carrying a slight injury on his stretcher in specially equipped cabin. This type of truck is in France and Paris and its suburbs.

A unique design, exclusively for the Paris regional fire and rescue service (BSPP).

This is an older unit, no longer in use. The newer ones are considerably larger custom built on Renault truck chassis and have more firefighting capability as well as an enhanced medical emergency response role.

There are numerous photos of these newer series III, IV and V on this site, as well as some detailed descriptions.

The concept of a combined light pumper and BLS ambulance is limited to the BSPP, and is very rare in other countries, although there are a handful of examples in both Germany and the USA.
