ZIL 131 Pumper/Tanker of Tartu Firebrigade

These ZIL 131 run at Tartu Fire brigade for quiet a long time.
When I took the photo in 2002 it was in normal, daily use. In 2006 it was still reserve.
But it is out of work today.
